Healthy habits, without the harm
GrowBodi is for parents who want their kid to grow up strong and well — without putting bodies, food rules or screens at the centre of family life. These are the rules we build by.
Habits, not bodies
GrowBodi helps families build five everyday habits: sleep, protein, fruit and veg, movement and strength.
We never ask for or show body measurements, and nothing in the app is about size or shape. There's no dieting, no fasting and no food counting anywhere — and our AI features are filtered to keep it that way.
Built for parents, used together
The account belongs to a parent. Kids never get their own login, profile or messages.
Kid mode lets your kid tick their own habits on your phone. They see their habits, stars and the rewards you chose — nothing else — and leaving kid mode needs your PIN.
There are no leaderboards, no comparisons between kids and nothing social or public.
A score you can check
The GrowBodi Score is rules-based: the same answers always give the same score, and every point can be traced to something you told us. No AI is involved in scoring or planning.
Low scores are described as opportunities, never as failures, and a missed day never costs a kid their progress.
Knowing when it's not for us
If you mention an eating-disorder concern, a medical condition, an injury or ongoing professional care, GrowBodi doesn't make a plan. It points you to a doctor or other qualified professional instead.
GrowBodi is not a medical or diagnostic tool, and it's designed for kids aged 10 to 17.
How we use AI
AI only writes the coach's replies and short notes — from your family's habit data, never from photos or measurements. Meal plans and meal ideas come from our own recipe library, checked against your family's allergies.
Every AI answer passes a safety filter in English and Danish; anything about body size, dieting, supplements or medication is thrown away rather than shown.
Your data stays yours
We collect only what the habits need. We don't sell data, show ads or use third-party tracking — our analytics are first-party and deleted with your account.
You can download everything we store, or delete your account and all of it, from Account settings at any time.
Other adults (a co-parent or caregiver) only get access when you invite them.
